GAME PREVIEW

• Central Michigan (20-3, 12-0 MAC) remains undefeated in the Mid-American Conference and will travel to Buffalo, N.Y. to take on the Bulls (19-4, 10-2 MAC) in a conference showdown on Wednesday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. in Alumni Arena.
• Central Michigan steamrolled Toledo, 85-47, on Saturday in McGuirk Arena. Senior Tinara Moore led the way with 22 points, while classmate Cassie Breen chipped in 14. 
• CMU leads the all-time series against the Bulls, 12-11. The teams first met in 1999. 
• The Chippewas posted 86-79 victory over the Buffalo in the first meeting of the season. 
• CMU is 303-300 all-time in MAC games. The Chippewas recorded the program’s 300th MAC win against Buffalo on Jan. 31, 2018. 
• Over the last three seasons, Central Michigan is 22-1 in home league games and 17-0 since Jan. 20, 2016 when it fell to Toledo in overtime. 
• The Chippewas have used the same five starters -- Cassie Breen, Reyna Frost, Presley Hudson, Micaela Kelly and Tinara Moore -- in every game this season. 
• CMU is the only team in the MAC to have started the same five all season.

• The Chippewas rank fourth in the nation and lead the MAC in free throw percentage (.79.1).

MU continues to lead the conference and ranks 10th among NCAA Division I with an average of 9.7 3-pointers per game. The next best MAC team is Northern Illinois (8.2).
• CMU is the MAC’s top scoring team at 83 points per game. They are 12th nationally in that category.
• CMU is making 38.9 of its 3-point tries (222-of-570), which leads the MAC and ranks 12th in the nation.
• Central Michigan is one of three MAC teams that have a double-digit scoring margin at plus-14.3 points. This ranks second in the MAC and 30th in the country.
• Junior Presley Hudson is leading the MAC and ranks eighth in the nation with 3.7 triples per game.
• Hudson is sixth in the country and leads the league in free throw percentage. She is 72-of-78 (92.3 percent).
• Hudson has drained 86 triples this season, which leads the league and is good for 11th in the country.
• Junior Reyna Frost is dominating on the boards as she ranks 10th nationally in rebounds per game (11.9) and seventh in offensive rebounds per game (4.8).
• Frost is grabbing 7.1 defensive board per game, which leads the MAC and ranks 28th in the NCAA.
• Frost and senior Tinara Moore each have recorded 11 double-doubles, which co-leads the MAC and ranks 23rd in the nation. Moore has 36 career double-doubles; Frost has 26.  
• Moore is averaging a team-best 18.7 points per game, which ranks fourth in the MAC and 55th in the nation.
• Moore is shooting 59.5 percent from the floor (153-of-257), which ranks third in the MAC and 17th in the NCAA.
• Moore recorded two blocks against Northern Illinois on Jan. 18 to become CMU's program leader. She has 188 in her career. She passed Crystal Bradford (2011-15), who recorded 171.
• 
Moore leads the MAC and ranks 30th in the nation averaging 2.3 blocks per game.
• 
Senior Cassie Breen is 44th in the NCAA and fifth in the conference with 2.8 triples per game.
• Breen needs 12 3-pointers to become CMU’s career leader. NIki DiGuilio (2010-14) holds the record at 288. Breen has 277. Breen passed Shonda Long (2008-11) for second all-time after making six triples vs. Iowa State (11/25/17).
• Coach Sue Guevara recorded her 100th win at McGuirk Arena with a 88-84 victory over Kent State on Jan. 13.

• Central Michigan put up a dominant performance as it topped Toledo, 85-47, in a Mid-American Conference matchup on Feb. 10 in McGuirk Arena. - 
The Chippewas remained undefeated in MAC play at 12-0 and are 20-4 overall. It marks the seventh time in the last eight years that CMU has won at least 20 games. 
• Tinara Moore scored 22 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead CMU, which seized a 10-point lead less than five minutes into the game and cruised from there. The Chippewas led 45-20 at halftime. Toledo never got closer than 19 points in the second half.
• Cassie Breen scored 14 points, Presley Hudson added 13 and Micaela Kelly and Kyra Bussell added 10 each for CMU.
• Jay Bravo-Harriott led Toledo with 14 points.
• The Chippewas shot 54.7 percent from the field including 46.7 percent (7 of 15) from 3-point range. The Chippewas outrebounded the Rockets, 50-33.
• Kelly, a redshirt freshman guard, led CMU with 10 rebounds to record her first career double-double.

SCOUTING BUFFALO
 
Central Michigan will travel to Buffalo on Wednesday Feb. 14 for a 7 p.m. showdown in the Bull's Alumni Arena.
• 
The Bulls are 19-4 overall with a 10-2 Mid-American Conference mark and are led by sixth-year head coach Felisha Legette-Jack.
• 
Buffalo has posted a three-game win streak after suffering a loss at Central Michigan on Jan. 31. The Bulls topped Miami on the road, 64-49, on Feb. 10 as senior guard Stephanie Reid led the team with 16 points and senior center Cassie Oursler grabbed a team-best 13 rebounds.
• 
The Bulls lead the MAC and rank fifth in the country with 12.9 steals per game.
• 
Buffalo averages 22 forced turnovers per contest, which is good for 16th in the NCAA.
• 
Junior guard Cierra Dillard is averaging a team-high 15.1 points per game, while Oursler is adding 13.4.
• 
Sophomore forward Summer Hemphill is grabbing 7.2 rebounds per game, while Dillard Has drained 51 triples.
• 
Reid ranks eighth in the NCAA averaging 7.2 dimes per game.
• 
Central Michigan has the slight edge in the all-time series versus the Bulls, 12-11.
