Aaron McLatcher first started at Central Michigan University as a student volunteer in 2007. He is now the graduate assistant of strength & conditioning, primarily responsible for Baseball, Soccer, and Gymnastics. McLatcher also assists with Football, Women's Basketball, and Volleyball.
McLatcher earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from CMU in 2011. He is currently working on a Masters Degree in Physical Education and Sport.
McLatcher is curently a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has been a part of nine total MAC championships since 2007 (football, gymnastics, and soccer), worked with two NSCA All-Americans, and 18 All-MAC selections.
