MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- Central Michigan men's basketball head coach Keno Davis and assistant head football coach Sherrone Moore headline Sideliners, the weekly radio show that offers listeners an inside look at Chippewa athletics.
Don Chiodo hosts the show, which originates from Hunter's Ale House in Mount Pleasant on Thursday beginning at 6 p.m.
The show is carried live on WUPS-FM 98.5 and on the CMU Chippewas Game Day app, and is rebroadcast on Thursday at 8 p.m. on WLUN-FM 100.9
The CMU men's basketball team is 7-1 and has won six straight heading into its 1 p.m. Saturday nonconference matchup with Tennessee Tech. The Chippewas are ranked 10th in the NCAA in total defense, allowing an average of 60.5 points per game.
Moore, who also serves as the football team's recruiting coordinator and tight ends coach, will discuss his selection by the American Football Coaches Association to participate in 35 Under 35 Coaches Leadership Institute and the upcoming early signing period.
The Chippewas have become preparations for the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl on Friday, Dec. 22 (4 p.m. ET), where they will face Wyoming.
