MOUNT PLEASANT -- ESPN and Scouts Inc. have rated the Central Michigan men's basketball 2010 recruiting class as the
top group in the Mid-American Conference.
Clark Francis of Hoopscoopoline rated CMU's recruiting class as the 45th best group in the country and tops in the MAC.
Van Coleman of Hoopmasters.com rated CMU among the top-75 recruiting classes in the nation as part of their "Best of the Rest" category, which indexed classes 40-75, in no perticular order.Kent State and Miami were also rated in the Best of the Rest category.
Jevon Harden (Detroit, Mich./Loyola HS), Derek Jackson (Cleveland, Ohio/Benedictine HS), Nate VanArendonk (Grand Haven, Mich./Grand Haven HS) and Colin Voss (Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids HS) make up the highly anticipated foursom that
will join the Chippewas next season.
CMU (2-2) will face Wright State on Wednesday.
