lost the game. Ball State’s Mike Urban tossed a no-hitter on April 26, 1975, but
dropped a 1-0 decision. Eastern Illinois’ Dick Kenny beat CMU, 5-0, on April, 18, 1955,
and Eastern Michigan’s Bob Welch was a 4-0 winner on April 24, 1976. The most recent
no-hitter was by Eastern Michigan’s Mike Lumley on April 22, 1987, in a 4-0 win.
