Kim Kinsella has been on the Central Michigan field hockey staff for two seasons after spending the previous two years with Virginia Wesleyan College.

Kinsella worked primarily with the Chippewa goalkeepers, a similar role that she held at Virginia Wesleyan, where her responsibilities included coaching the goalkeepers, organizing tournaments and fundraising.

In 2011, Kinsella mentored junior goalkeeper Anastasia Netto to an All-MAC second-team selection. Netto ranked second in goals-against average (1.57), save percentage (.718), shutouts (2), while ranking third in saves (94/4.70 game).

Kinsella competed collegiately at Missouri State as one of the top goalkeepers in the country from 2004-07. She led the nation in saves per game three times (2005-07) and save percentage twice (2005 and 2006). Kinsella earned second-team All-MAC and Academic All-MAC honors from 2005-07.

The St. Louis, Mo., native has also been heavily involved in coaching numerous camps at both the high school and collegiate level. She has served as the head goalkeeper coach for the USA futures program since 2006.

Kinsella graduated from Missouri State in 2008 with a degree in marketing management.
