MOUNT PLEASANT - The Chippewa Athletic Fund membership drive will conclude on June 1 and we need your help to reach our goal of raising $1.38 million in annual funds for CMU student-athletes.
Individuals who join the CAF or renew their membership prior to June 1 will secure benefits for the coming year and ensure that their gift will impact the 2013-14 athletic seasons.
The support we received from CAF members helped make this past year such a success for CMU Athletics as six teams earned postseason berths with softball, women's basketball, wrestling and gymnastics earning conference championships during the 2012-13 campaign.
In the classroom, Central Michigan Athletics continued to set the bar for the Mid-American Conference with three teams ranking in the Top 10 nationally for program GPA.
There are many ways to get involved with the Chippewa Athletic Fund. The most fundamental way to support our student-athletes is to become a Chippewa Club member. Chippewa Club members enjoy benefits that include priority parking and seating options, invitations to exclusive events and trips and much more! Chippewa Club giving can be unrestricted or directed to any one of our programs and goes to support their annual operating budget.
If you are looking for a way to make an above and beyond impact on our programs, consider joining the 1100 Club and/or become a Chippewa Champion. By joining one of these programs you help to support above and beyond initiatives and enjoy a number of sport-specific benefits.
We thank you in advance for your support of CMU Athletics!
