- Junior Crystal Bradford became the 22nd player in program history to join the 1,000-point club with a field goal at the 13:59 mark of the second half. Bradford now has 1,009 career points.

- Bradford finished with a game-high 23 points on 9-of-15 shooting for her 55th career double-digit contest and 19th career 20-plus effort.

- Redshirt freshman Jewel Cotton notched double digits for the first time in her career with a season-best 12 points.

- Cotton also had seven rebounds for the second-straight game. She is second on the team behind only junior Jas'Mine Bracey, who is averaging 11 rebounds per game through the first two contests.

- Senior Niki DiGuilio 42nd career double-digit scoring effort with 14 points on 3-of-6 shooting from behind the arc. DiGuilio now has 195 career three-point field goals and is just 36 shy of breaking the program's all-time record.

- Sunday was the first ever meeting between Central Michigan and Kentucky in women's basketball.
