2012 (Outdoor Track and Field): Finished 5th in the 400m hurdles finals (1:03.09) and 10th in the high jump (5-03) at the LSU Relays (3/24) ... finished 4th in the 400m hurdles in a career-best 1:02.69 and 8th in the high jump (5-02) at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge (3/31) ... finished 3rd in the 400m hurdles in a career-best 1:02.62 and 4th in the high jump (5-05) at the Western Kentucky Hilltopper Relays (4/14) ... finished 5th in the high jump (5-03) and 6th in the 400m hurdles (1:03.58) at the Al Owens Classic (4/21) ... finished 8th in the 400m hurdles (1:04.21) and 11th in the high jump (5-03.7) at the MAC Championships (5/10-5/12).

2012 (Indoor Track and Field): Finished 3rd in the high jump (5-05), 4th in the 60m hurdles (9.15) and ran a leg of the 4x400m relay (3:53.55) at the GVSU Lakers Early Bird (12/2) … finished tied for 1st in the high jump (5-02.25), 3rd in the long jump (17-02.25) and finished 7th in the 60m hurdles (9.37) at the Chip Invite (1/13) ... finished 2nd overall and 1st among collegiate student-athletes in the high jump with a career-best tying leap of 5-07 at the Red Simmons Invitational (1/21) ... ran a career-best 2:32.79 in the blue division 800m run and competed in the blue division long jump (15-03.5) at the Akron Invitational (2/11) ... finished runner-up in the long jump (16-07) and competed in the shot put (27-09.5) at the Jack Skoog Meet (2/17) ... finished 9th in the pentathlon (3,468 pts) and 10th in the high jump (5-04.5) at the MAC Championships (2/25).

2011 (Outdoor Track and Field): Took third in the 400m hurdles (1:02.88) and tied for fifth in the high jump (5-02 1/2) at the Black and Gold meet (3/26) ... took second in the 400m hurdles (1:03.96) and third in the high jump (5-3) at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge (4/2) ... finished fifth in the high jump (5-05) and seventh in the 400m hurdles (career best 1:02.87) ... placed third in the 400m hurdles with a career-best time of 1:02.82 and fifth in the high jump (5-4 1/4) ... won the 400m hurdles with a personal-best time of 1:02.27 and placed third in the high jump after clearing 5-5 1/4 at the Lyle Bennett Open (4/30).

2011 (Indoor Track and Field): Finished fourth in high jump (5-2.20) at the Chippewa Open (12/3) ... took third in the high jump at the Chip Invite (1/14) after jumping a career-best 5-07 ... took second at the Tom Wright Classic with a high jump of 5-05 ... won the high jump at the Big Meet (2/11-2/12) after clearing 5-05 3/4 ... also set a career-best time in the 400m ... tied for sixth in the high jump (5-05) at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26).

High School: Won two state titles in the 300m hurdles and one more in the high jump … set the division 4 state record in the 300m hurdles and also broke school records in both the high jump and 100m … won 13 individual regional titles and 15 conference titles … earned academic all-state honors on three occasions … earned all-conference honors three times in basketball and twice in volleyball … lettered four times in track and field and three times in both basketball and volleyball.
