The annual spring game will highlight a day of festivities on campus.
The football program will host its second annual kids' clinic from 2-3:30 p.m. at Kelly/Shorts Stadium. Registration for the clinic, which is free and open to kids ages 12 and under, will take place in the Indoor Athletic Complex turf bay beginning at 1:00 p.m. More than 300 kids participated in last year's free clinic.
Following the clinic, CMU's players will be available for autographs on The Island in Lot 62 north of Kelly/Shorts Stadium. Free food, games and inflatables also will be available for all fans on the The Island prior to the spring game.
Tailgating will begin at 3:30 p.m. Student tailgating will take place in Lot 63 (south of Kelly/Shorts Stadium) and will follow the same protocol as regular season home games. Other fans attending the spring game are encouraged to park in Lot 62 (north of Kelly/Shorts Stadium) or Lot 64 (west of the stadium).
Stadium gates will open at 3:30 p.m., with the spring game kicking off at 5 p.m. The 1100 Club is hosting pregame and postgame events in the press box club lounge.
The spring game will be streamed live online through the CMU Sports Zone. Subscription rates apply.
