No. 12 Chippewas Head West for Three Duals in California

MOUNT PLEASANT - The Central Michigan wrestling program will look to continue its winning streak when it travels to California this weekend for duals versus Stanford, Cal Poly and CSU Bakersfield.

The No. 12 Chippewas (13-3) will battle Stanford Saturday in Palo Alto before traveling 200 miles south to San Louis Obispo to take on Cal Poly and CSU Bakersfields.

Follow the Chippewas: Saturday's dual versus the Cardinal will be streamed live online and live stats will available through TrackWrestling.com. A full recap of Sunday's tri-meet will be available on CMUChippewas.com Sunday evening.

Like Father, Like Son: The Borrelli family will square off Saturday when CMU head coach Tom Borrelli coaches opposite his son Jason of Stanford. Borrelli has bested son in each of the two meetings, including a 22-13 upset last season in Chattanooga, Tenn.

One Away: Senior 133-pounder Scotti Sentes can become the 17th member of the Central Michigan 100-win club with a victory this weekend. Sentes enters the weekend with a career record of 99-30, including a 13-5 mark this season.

Trice Tracking Too: Senior heavyweight Jarod Trice is not far behind in his chase to join the 100-win club, needing just four victories with four regular season duals remaining. Trice ranks currently ranks No. 5 in the country and has a 17-2 record this season.
