2013 (Outdoor Track and Field): finished seventh in the 1500m race (3:59.81) at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge (3/29).

2012 (Cross Country): Finished 29th at the Jeff Drenth Memorial (16:44.15) (8/31)  ... finished with a time of 26:57 at the MSU Spartan Invitational (9/14) ... finished with a time of 27:11.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational -8K (9/29) ... finised 70th (27:20.8) at the 8K MAC Championship (10/27).

2011 (Cross Country): Redshirted

High School: Finished third at the 2010 MHSAA Division 3 Track and Field State Meet as a member of the 3200m relay team, and finished eighth in 2011 ... Qualified for the 2008 and 2009 MHSAA Division 3 Cross Country State Meets (was injured in 2010) ...  his 3200m relay team set the school record ... earned academic all-state honors twice in both track and field (2010-11) and cross country (2008-09).
