Coaching Highlights

• Guided 14 teams to Mid-American Conference titles and 10 to NCAA Regional appearances, including each of the last five years

• Earned nine MAC Coach of the Year awards

• Named the 2003 NCAA Central Regional Coach of the Year after leading CMU to a second-place finish at the NCAA Regionals

• Led the Chippewas to 1998 and 2000 NIT championships

• Captured a share of a fourth straight MAC title in 2013 and finished the season ranked No. 24 in the nation.

• Coached an undefeated 2012 MAC season to earn a third consecutive league title

• Took the Chippewas up to a No. 23 national ranking and a third consecutive NCAA Regional in 2011

• Helped the 2005 Chippewas climb as high as No. 12 in the national polls

• Mentored 17 individual NCAA Regional qualifiers, three NCAA Regional champions, and six NCAA Championships qualifiers
