The CMU Field Hockey complex was established in 2005 and was the host site for the 2005 and 2010 Mid-American Conference Tournament. The facility was upgraded with the installation of permanent seating in 2008, allowing for a more fan-friendly viewing experience.

The Chippewas’ field hockey complex has an internationally approved water-based AstroTurf field, while the newly renovated turf bay in the IAC also is at the program’s disposal for year-round conditioning and workouts.

CMU’s field is located within walking distance of the state-of-the-art Indoor Athletic Complex, which features a spacious locker room, the Dick Enberg Academic Center, large team meeting room and 7,100-square-foot weight room.
