Coaching Highlights
• Won the Victory Cannon Trophy and the Michigan MAC Trophy with a 2010 victory over Western Michigan on ESPNU
• Became the first head coach since Herb Deromedi to win his debut, opening the 2010 season with a 33-0 win
• Handed eventual 2011 MAC champion Northern Illinois its only loss of the conference season
• Led CMU to its fifth bowl appearance in the last seven years, defeating Western Kentucky, 24-21, in the 2012 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl.
