2010 (Outdoor Track and Field): Won the shot put with a season-best 52-0 1/2 at the Toledo Invitational.

2010 (Indoor Track and Field): Took third in the shot put with a season-best 53-3 at the Jack Skoog Open.

2009 (Outdoor Track and Field): Scored in the shot put (52-8 3/4) at the MAC Outdoor Championships … tossed a season best in the hammer throw (152-8) at the EMU Twilight … finished third in the discus (143-4) at the EMU Twilight.  

2009 (Indoor Track and Field): Scored in the shot put (54-6) at the MAC Indoor Championships.

2008 (Outdoor Track and Field): Redshirted.

2008 (Indoor Track and Field): Took seventh in the shot put (50-9 1/4) at the MAC Indoor Championships … finished third in the shot put (49-0 1/4) at the Simmons/Harvey Invitational.

High School— Earned seven letters in track and field (four) and football (three) … state champion in both the shot put and discus as a senior in 2007 … set a state finals record in the shot put … won regional titles in shot put, discus and 110m hurdles as a senior … finished seventh in the state in the 110m hurdles as a senior … all-state in both the discus (5th) and the shot put (8th) in 2005 … member of state championship team in 2007 … first team all-state performer on the gridiron … named Monroe County Player of the Year as a senior.
