125 Pounds
MAC Rankings:
1. Matt Steintrager (CMU); 2. Dan Bishop (UB); 3. Gabe Ramos (OU); 4. Troy Opfer (KSU)
The defending champion at 125 pounds, CMU's Scotti Sentes, has moved up to 133 pounds. Last year's runner-up and the 2008 MAC champion, Kent State's Nic Bedelyon, is redshirting. Matt Steintrager was 5-0 in MAC duals this season and will be making this first career appearance at the MAC Championships.

133 Pounds
MAC Rankings:

CMU's Scotti Sentes is the defending MAC champion at 125 pounds, while Kent State's Dan Mitcheff is the defending conference champion at 133. Mitcheff also was named the tournamen's most outstanding wrestler last year. Sentes defeated Mitcheff, 3-2, in a dual at Kent State on Feb. 21.

141 Pounds

Northern Illinois' Pat McLemore won the 141-pound title in 2008 and placed third in 2009, defeating Ohio's Germane Lindsey in the 2009 third-place match. He is the top returning place-winner from last season. CMU's Conor Beebe was 4-1 in conference duals in his first season competing at 141 pounds.

149 Pounds

Buffalo's Desi Green was the runner-up at 149 pounds in 2009. CMU's Steve Brown, who won the title, has moved up to 157 pounds. The Chippewas' Tony D'Alie placed runner-up at 141 pounds last season.

157 Pounds

CMU's Steve Brown is seeking his third straight MAC title after winning the 157-pound championship in 2008 and the 149-pound title in 2009. Bryan Deutsch is the defending MAC champion at 157 pounds.

165 Pounds
MAC Rankings:
1. Tyler Grayson (CMU); 2. John-Martin Cannon (UB); 3. Alex Ortman (EMU); 4. Ross Tice (KSU)
None of the four place-winners from last season return at this class. CMU's Tyler Grayson finished runner-up at 157 pounds last season. Kent State's Ross Tice was fourth at 157 last year.

174 Pounds
MAC Rankings:

CMU's Ben Bennett was 5-0 in MAC duals as a redshirt freshman this season, including a fall and three technical falls. None of the four place-winners from last season return at this weight. CMU's Mike Miller, now competing at 184 pounds, is the defending 174-pound champion.

184 Pounds

Kent State's Dustin Kilgore is the defending champion. The 2009 MAC Freshman of the Year is 10-0 in MAC duals during his career. CMU's Mike Miller was the 2009 national runner-up at 174 pounds, but has missed most of this season with an injury.

197 Pounds
MAC Rankings:
1. Eric Simaz (CMU); 2. Erik Schuth (OU); 3. Adam Cogar (KSU); 4. Jimmy Hamel (UB)
Buffalo's Jimmy Hamel and Central Michigan's Eric Simaz finished second and third, respectively, last season. Simaz was 5-0 in MAC duals this season, including a 5-4 decision over Hamel at Buffalo on Feb. 14.

285 Pounds
MAC Rankings:
1. Jarod Trice (CMU); 2. Brandon Barlow (KSU); 3. Andy Hartshorn (OU); 4. David Wade (EMU)
CMU's Jarod Trice was the runner-up last season and the top returning place-winner. Trice was 5-0 in MAC duals this season and enters the tournament 22-1 overall. Eastern Michigan's David Wade and Ohio's Andy Hartshorn finished third and fourth, respectively, in 2009.
